PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

Statement

Green Log S.r.l. with headquarters in Besana Brianza (MB) , Via Pietro Ponti 17, VAT no. 07467480963  is committed to constantly protecting the privacy of its users. The purpose of this statement is to illustrate the policy adopted by Green Log S.r.l. regarding privacy in order to (i) inform users of the ways in which their personal data are processed; and (ii) allow users to give their express and informed consent to the processing of their personal data. The above in compliance with Article  13 of Regulation (EC) No.  679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the "Regulation") and of Legislative Decree No.  196 of  30 June 2003 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Code").

The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired will be processed in compliance with the Regulation and Privacy Code and the confidentiality obligations that inspire activity by Green Log S.r.l.

In accordance with the Regulation and Privacy Code, processing carried out by Green Log S.r.l. will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Purpose of processing

The personal data acquired for carrying out the institutional activities of Green Log S.r.l. in compliance with the Regulation and Privacy Code, and with the above-mentioned principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, minimisation and security of Green Log S.r.l.

 

Personal data transfer

Personal data acquired online by Green Log S.r.l. are not transferred to third countries.

 

Data retention

Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in point 3 will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve said purposes. In any case, as the processing is carried out for the institutional purposes of Green Log S.r.l., the latter will process the personal data for the time allowed by the regulations in force/for the time foreseen by the specific obligation or applicable law. For example, traffic data will be retained for law enforcement purposes for six years after its generation; otherwise, it will be retained for six months.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to request from Green Log S.r.l., at any time, access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure or to object to their processing in the cases provided for by Article  20 of the Regulation, you have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article  18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you (portability), in the cases detailed in Article  20 of the Regulation.

Requests must be made in writing and sent by email to the Data Controller.

You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to Art.  77 of the Regulation, should you believe that your data have been processed unlawfully.

 

Amendments

This privacy policy is in force as of 25 May 2018.  Green Log S.r.l. reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, also due to changes in applicable legislation. If the amendments to this privacy policy concern substantial changes in the processing operations or may otherwise have a significant impact on the data subjects, Green Log S.r.l. ensure to notify the data subjects accordingly.
